Certificate of Attendance

From Friday, 11 May 2018 15:00h on, delegates are able to print their Certificate of Attendance (not the CME-CPD Certificate) at the “Self-Print-Service”- counters located in the foyer of the Palexpo on the Street Level by scanning the QR-code printed on the back of the name badge.
The Certificate of Attendance will also be available on the congress website after the congress. The delegates can create their certificates and send it to their own email address by typing in their name and registration number.

Further important information

Meeting languageThe complete scientific programme including all courses will be held in English. A simultaneous translation will not be available.
Coffee breaks & Snack lunches

Snacks and refreshments during the official break times are included in the registration fee. The catering areas are located in the Exhibition Hall on the Upper Level.
A cashbar will be located in the foyer on the Street Level.
Kindly note that gluten- and lactose-free coffee and lunch breaks will also be served at the catering area on the Upper Level.

Internet CornerThe Internet Corner is located in the Exhibition Hall. Printing facilities are available.
Welcome ReceptionA Welcome Reception will take place at the Palexpo in the Exhibition Hall on Wednesday, 9 May 2018 starting18:30 (free of charge for congress participants). The Welcome Reception is kindly supported by the State of Geneva.
ESPGHAN AGMThe Annual General Meeting Assembly of ESPGHAN members will take place on Friday, 11 May 2018 from 17:30 - 19:45 (Room C).
Charging stations3 charging stations are available in the Exhibition Hall and the Registration Area during the official congress hours. Please feel free to recharge your mobile device in a secure code locker.
Name Badge / Tickets
Upon registration onsite all participants will receive a name badge, which must be worn visibly for the entire duration of the congress. Your name badge acts as your entrance ticket for the congress. Name badges will not be reprinted. For lost badges a fee of 25% of the original registration fee applies.
CloakroomA cloakroom is provided for all delegates during opening hours. The cloakroom will close 30 minutes after the end of the last session and is located on the Lower Level. There you can also drop off your luggage. Any items left here are the responsibility of the individual and ESPGHAN cannot be held accountable for any loss of personal items.
Silence RoomA place of tranquility in the midst of a lively conference area. The silence room is available to members of all religions and all world views. It is accessible during the congress hours and is located at Villa Sarasin, Room 18, Level 1. Please follow the signs onsite.
Public TransportAll hotels located in Geneva offer a free public transportation ticket for all their guests. Please ask at the reception of your hotel.
Programme changesShould last minute changes due to functional, private or organisational needs be necessary, all changes will be announced – when possible – on the congress website and the congress app. The event organiser accepts no liability for any additional costs caused by a change of programme.
