Certificate of Attendance

Delegates are able to create their Certificate of Attendance (not the CME-CPD Certificate) at the Internet Café by entering their registration number (printed on name badge). The certificate can either be printed directly or send as PDF to an email address.

The Internet Café is located on Level 1 of the congress venue and has been kindly sponsored by Mead Jonson. Printing facilities are available.

Further important information

Meeting languageThe complete scientific programme including all courses will be held in English. A simultaneous translation will not be available.
Coffee breaks & Snack lunches

Snacks and refreshments are included in the registration fee during the official break times. The catering areas are located in the exhibition areas as well as in the Poster/ePoster exhibition and the Internet Café. A cashbar can be found on Level 0 next to the Cloakroom.
Kindly note that gluten- and lactose-free coffee and lunch breaks will be served at the catering area on Level 3 next to the Poster Exhibition at Foyer Congress Hall.

Welcome ReceptionYou are warmly invited to join the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 at 18:30h at Prague Congress Centre. It is kindly supported by the City of Prague.
Opening CeremonyThe opening ceremony on Thursday, 11 May 2017, starts sharp at 08:45h and the entrance doors will be closed. If you want to join this ceremony please make sure that you be there in time!
ESPGHAN AGMAssembly of ESPGHAN members take place on Friday, 12 May 2017 from 17:30 – 19:45 (Forum Hall, Level 2).
Name Badge / Tickets
Upon registration onsite all participants will receive a name badge, which must be worn visibly for the entire duration of the congress. Your name badge acts as your entrance ticket for the congress. Name badges will not be reprinted. For lost badges a fee of 25% of the original registration fee applies.
Public transport ticketA Public Transport Ticket for all means of public transport in Prague during congress times (10 - 13 May 2017) will be provided for all congress participants. You will receive it upon registration onsite.
CloakroomA cloakroom is provided for all delegates within the official opening hours. The cloakroom will close 30 minutes after the end of the last session and is located on the ground floor, near the registration area. In addition to the cloakroom, you will also find a drop off point for your luggage. Any items left here are the responsibility of the individual and ESPGHAN cannot be held accountable for any loss of personal items.
Silence RoomA place of tranquility in the midst of a lively conference area, the silence room is available to members of all religions and all world views. It is accessible during the congress hours and is located on Level 2 of Prague Congress Centre near ESPGHAN Meeting Room II. Follow the signs onsite.
Mobile PhonesDelegates are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones on silent mode in all rooms where scientific and educational sessions are being held, as well as in and around the poster and exhibition area.

The tariffs are as follows:

  • less than 3 hrs per day: 150 CZK/ 1 hour
  • 3 – 5 hours per day: 120 CZK/ 1 hour
  • more than 5 hrs per day: 100 CZK/ 1 hour
  • 3-day package (9:00-16:00): 1.600 CZK/ 1 child
  • 4-day package (9:00-16:00): 2.000 CZK/ 1 child
Programme changesShould last minute changes due to functional, private or organisational needs be necessary, all changes will be announced – when possible – on the congress website and the congress app. The event organiser accepts no liability for any additional costs caused by a change of programme.
DisclaimerNeither the organiser nor EUROKONGRESS GmbH shall be liable for accidents, bodily injury, theft as well as for additional costs due to the change of event date, location, programme or similar. Liability for additional costs due to delays, changes or cancellations of flights, trains or other means of transport as well as due to strike action, illness, weather or environmental disasters is also excluded.
