Name badge / Tickets
Upon registration onsite all participants will receive a name badge, which must be worn visibly for the entire duration of the congress. Your name badge acts as your entrance ticket for the congress. Name badges will not be reprinted. For lost badges a fee of 25% of the original registration fee applies.
Certificate of Attendance
From Friday, 11 May 2018 15:00h on, delegates are able to print their Certificate of Attendance (not the CME-CPD Certificate) at the “Self-Print-Service”- counters located in the foyer of the Palexpo on the Street Level by scanning the QR-code printed on the back of the name badge. The Certificate of Attendance will also be available on the congress website after the congress. The delegates can create their certificates and send it to their own email address by typing in their name and registration number.

1 Please note that in order to qualify for the member rate all members need an active membership status. The organisers reserve the right to change the registration status if membership fees are not paid.
2Allied Health Professionals include Nurses and Dieticians and must provide proof of their AHP certification at the registration desk on site in order to qualify at the stated rate.
3Only applicable for NASPGHAN members
4A Young Investigator is defined as someone working in Paediatric GI, Hepatology or Nutrition for less than 10 years. They should ensure that they have a confirming letter from a sponsoring member of ESPGHAN to be presented at the registration desk on site.
5The student discount is limited to students until the age of 35 and a valid student ID must be presented on site.

The congress registration fees include:

Congress: Cancellations received in writing up until Friday, 2nd March 2018 incur a cancellation fee of EUR 50.00 (including VAT). From this date onwards or in case of a no-show, registration fee reimbursements are no longer possible unless the organisers are provided with a named replacement who will take on the registration.
Please note that abstract submitters can cancel their registration free of charge up until Sunday, 4th March 2018 in case their abstract has not been accepted.
Post Graduate, Allied Health Professional & IBD Course: Course cancellations received up until Wednesday, 2nd March 2018 incur a cancellation fee of EUR 25.00 (including VAT). From this date onwards or in case of a no-show a registration fee reimbursement is no longer possible.
The Members' Evening registration fee is non refundable.
