¹ To be entitled to register at a reduced member rate, you need to have a paid active membership in either the ESPGHAN or NASPGHAN Society before starting the registration process. Membership must be valid at the time of the ESPGHAN 54^th Annual Meeting. We reserve the right to change your registration category to Non-Member if the status of your membership is not up to date.

² Allied Health Professionals include Nurses and Dieticians and must provide proof of their AHP certification in order to qualify at the stated rate. Please use this template and upload the proof during the online registration.

³ Only applicable for NASPGHAN members.

⁴ A Young Investigator is defined as someone working in Paediatric GI, Hepatology or Nutrition for less than 10 years. They should ensure that they have a confirming letter from a sponsoring member of ESPGHAN to be uploaded during online registration. Please use this template and upload the proof during the online registration.

⁵ To receive a student discount a copy of a valid student ID must be uploaded during online registration. Please make sure that the uploaded copy clearly shows the validity of the student ID.

The courses take place in parallel. The courses are not included in the congress registration fee and must be booked separately during the online registration.

Please note that it is mandatory for each participant to prepare a case or clinical question. The participants will have the possibility to send in their case or question by beginning of May. It is upon the expert and co-chair to select which cases will be discussed during the meeting.

Pre-registration is mandatory for these sessions. Please note that the registration is only possible in combination with an ONSITE congress registration. Pre-registration is required due to limited availability of 12 participants per session (minimum of 5 participants per session required).

The sessions can be booked via the online registration, if you have no registration yet.

If you are already registered for the ONSITE congress and wish to add a session to your existing registration, please write us an e-mail to espghan@eurokongress.de.

The Endoscopy Learning Zone allows for hands on training in various diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy techniques. The training is performed on biologic models and mannequins to achieve optimum simulation and interaction. The hands on training is supervised by some of the most experienced pediatric endoscopists in all of Europe. More information is available here.
The participation in the Endoscopy Learning Zone is not included in the congress registration fee and must be booked separately. Please choose one time slot only.

*The fee for the Members Evening includes 25% Danish VAT.

The onsite congress registration fees include:

• a name badge
• access to all booked scientific sessions and poster/ePoster area
• access to the industry exhibition
• access to the industry symposia
• all personal congress documents
• coffee breaks and lunches
• public transportation ticket (Thu - Sat)
• invitation to the Welcome Reception
• certificate of attendance & CME certificate (only for participation in scientific sessions during official congress days)

Please note that the courses on Wednesday as well as the Learning Zones and Meet-the-Expert Sessions need to be booked separately and are not included in your registration fee.
