Every registration is per person and all registered delegates will receive their personal login on Monday, 20 June 2022  via e-mail. Please note this e-mail will be sent from Make sure to check your spam folder.

Full onsite congress registrations as well as day tickets will be available at the onsite registration in Copenhagen from Wednesday, 22 June 2022 onwards. – Find out more.
Registration for the online congress remains possible until the Annual Meeting and throughout! – Register now!

The onsite registration fees include a name badge, access to all scientific sessions and poster/ePoster area, access to the industry exhibition as well as to the industry symposia, all personal congress documents, coffee breaks and lunches, public transportation ticket, invitation to the Welcome Reception and certificate of attendance & CME certificate. Please note some sessions such as the courses on Wednesday, ELZ or Meet the expert session require a registration prior to the meeting. You can find out more here.

In case you prefer to attend online, your registration fee includes access to the online platform incl. all scientific sessions of the main meeting and to the ePosters during and after the congress as well as certificate of attendance & CME certificate. Interaction will be possible via Q&A and chat/comment options. Please note that the industry exhibition and some scientific programme highlights such as the ELZ will be exclusively available onsite in Copenhagen. You can find out more here

A registration for one of the pre-courses on Wednesday, June 22nd can be booked in combination with the congress ticket only!

Yes, as in previous years, we will provide scientific content of the meeting on demand for all registered delegates.

Scientific Programme FAQs

The congress programme is available online as well as in the congress app by clicking ‘Programme Overview’ in the menu bar.

From Monday, 27 June to Sunday, 17 July 2022, certificates of attendance will be available for download from the online platform. Simply click the button ‘Evaluation’ in the menu bar and choose ‘My Certificates’

The 54th Annual Meeting of ESPGHAN - hybrid, Copenhagen, Denmark, 22/06/2022-25/06/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 20 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

CME-CPD Certificate
In accordance with EACCME rules & regulations, CME-CPD Credits may only be granted once attendance has been confirmed and the online evaluation form has been completed. The feedback form consists of general questions on the event as well as an evaluation for each visited session. The evaluation is available on the congress platform. Please check “My Congress” in the main navigation bar.

As an online participant your attendance will be monitored automatically when visiting a scientific session on the online platform.
As an ONSITE participant please scan the barcode on your badge minimum twice a day at the CME Scanning Counter which is located on the balcony overlooking the registration area. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure their attendance is scanned on all conference days to obtain the maximum possible credits. Complete the evaluation form between 27 June and 17 July 2022 and download your personal CME-CPD document.

Evaluation and download deadline: 17 July 2022

Due to the regulations of EACCME, you will not receive your certificate if you do not complete the evaluation in time.

In order to ask a question to the speaker, please use the Q&A function next to the livestream.
The session chairs will forward the questions to the speaker who will answer them live.

All industry symposia will be livestreamed on the online platform and are available as webcast-on demand approximately 2 hours after the session. All industry symposia are available on demand until 17 July 2022.

All accepted abstracts are now published and accessible online via the JPGN Journal, via the congress website and of course available on the online platform.

The 100 best scored posters will be presented as ePosters. These posters will be shown electronically at ten ePoster stations during the whole meeting starting on Wednesday, 22 June, during the Welcome Reception (18:30 – 20:30) to Saturday, 25 June 2022, in the ePoster area (Hall C). Furthermore, a printed version of each ePoster will be accessible in the Poster Exhibition during the opening times.

All ePosters will be presented ONSITE on Saturday, 25 June 2022, 10:40 – 11:30h during the ePoster session.

All ePosters are available on the congress platform and are accompanied by a three-minute narration.

The Poster Session will take place ONSITE on Friday, 24 June 2022, from 14:00 to 14:45. All poster presenters should stand by their posters during this session in order to talk about their research work with other delegates.

The Poster Walk will take place ONSITE during the poster session. All presenters of a Poster selected for Poster Walk should stand by their posters during this session and will be visited by the poster walk chairs who will be glad to involve all presenters and delegates in an interactive discussion about their posters.

All Posters are available in the poster exhibition as well as on the congress platform. An overview of all posters sorted by topic is available on the congress platform as well as on the congress app.

Technical questions FAQs

As a registered delegate, you have received a link to the email address provided with your registration. This link guides you to the login page where you can choose between two login options:

1) Sign in
Please log in with your email and existing password to your online account. Please use the same email address mentioned in your login email.
2) Request password
Please create your password in case you do not have an online account yet.

The login is the same for both the app and the congress platform.

Your profile is already prefilled with your first and last name given by your online registration. To edit your data and upload a photo please click on “Edit profile” in your “My Congress” area.

Please consider the following technical requirements to ensure the best possible online congress experience:

  • We recommend the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser. The browsers Safari, Edge and Firefox are also supported. Internet Explorer is not supported.
  • Ensure cookies are enabled in your browser settings.
  • Deactivate any browser add-ons or ad blockers.
  • Ensure JavaScript is activated.
  • Wired internet connections are recommended with a minimum bandwidth of 6Mbit.
  • Use audio speakers or headset.
